Go green through IT, urges Manchester Council Leader Sir Richard Leese.

The Leader of Manchester City Council, Sir Richard Leese, has been in Brussels to encourage more cities EU-wide to sign up to something called the Green Digital Charter. Manchester is a founding member of the scheme, under which European cities commit to using green digital technologies to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.
